You guys know what I've noticed.... IH products look PHENOMENAL brand new, but a million times better with wear. <---- (that's not my point, lol) I saw an IG post with a guy wearing some new IH workpants, new denim western and a new vest... And he looked like a tool, lol. Wearing all the pristine, crispy IH hear together looks TERRIBLE! <--- (THAT'S my point, lol) And all one Brand. I don't care if its IH or Gustin. No more then 2 items worn at the same time from a brand. Seems like that should be a rule somewhere. I'm not on board with this statement. Anything that looks good together can be worn together, and it just so happens that IH stuff all looks good together. Gustin stuff looks good together. It's how it works. I'm not saying brands can't be mixed, but I think it's easier to make a great outfit, by looks and fit, if the pieces are from the same brand

I guess what I'm thinking is someone saying "Hay that outfit looks great, who makes the shirt? Gustin. who makes the jeans? Gustin. Who makes the Sneakers? Gustin. and the TShirt? And the Jacket?Hat?Bag?Watch Strap?

When you wear something with a huge logo (lets call it advertising clothing) and would otherwise end up slathered with logos from top to bottom you can really only wear one item from a brand (say, with a Nike logo on it) otherwise you look like you're heading out for an afternoon on the Jersey shore. Wearing Gustin with Gustin, though, nothing has an overly visible logo, so nobody is going to know or care. You could go out decked out head to foot (ebbet's field hat, t-shirt, button-up, jeans, and shoes) and the only identifying thing potentially visible is the leather patch or the silly side-scoops. With as much Iron Heart as one can wear all anyone is going to say is "look at that fantastic looking mechanic!" DigDug did say two, though, which is going to cover most bases.

Holy shit fellas, sorry to break up the discussion about wearing one brand but I received shipment of my IHSH-68-ind work shirt and f!@k my life, this thing is ridiculous. Iron Heart shirts are damn near works of art. I f!@king love this thing. I honestly wasnt sure if I was going to like the aluminum buttons but they are perfect for this shirt. They compliment the shirt well. I cant wait to see how this one ages.

Nice shirt ickes! What are your impressions of the fabric in person? I absolutely love the fabric. It's my first Wabash shirt. This shirt looks very tough and casual but at the same time looks sharp, smart, and formal if that makes any sense at all...lol. I'm just very happy with it. Excellent fabric, will look great with my khaki IH-816s (17 oz duck canvas pants). Awesome shirt.

I've always wondered if Giles only wears IH..? Gustin I know only wears G clothes (you'd think they would be tired of wearing Button ups all the time) T-shirts and button downs. What else would you wear in San Fran? I wonder if G will ever make Polo shirts.

T-shirts and button downs. What else would you wear in San Fran? I wonder if G will ever make Polo shirts. I would think by now G would want a different cut. Like a none button down collar at least. Everyone probably does, but they have a simple model that sells a ton of product with minimal customizations. Adding options really complicates the simple model. Not to mention, there's a few different non-button down collar types.

What else would you wear in San Fran? I wonder if G will ever make Polo shirts. As a San Fran native, all sorts of stuff. Plus, the weather/temperature changes rapidly, and the high during the summer can be in the low 60s if it is fogged in. SO anything from t-shirts all the way up to cool-weather clothing, at all parts of the year and at different random times of the day. Ha ha. "The coldest winter I've ever spent was a summer in San Francisco." - Not Mark Twain. I can say for sure that the most rain I've ever seen fall in an hour was mid-summer in SF. Something I'll never forget, in fact.

By the way fellas, there's a new fabric dropping at SelfEdge in the 633 cut within the next 5 days or so. Rumor has it that it may be an IndigoxIndigo.

The IH 633 and Oni 517 are the best fitting slim jeans I have found so far. So question brentkuz, would you pay full SelfEdge price for a pair of 633's if the fabric was right? I know I would....well, I already have.
