Iron Heart could charge $20 for rivets and people would pay it. A ziplok of air from the Iron Heart shop floor should be about $35.

I can also buy a pair of jeans at Kohls/KMart/WalMart etc...for 20 bucks. Apples to Oranges. I am no hat expert but I can guarantee you that IH products are absolute quality. Not trying to besmirch Iron Heart, as I already love their jeans and their shirt. But $90 on a twill panel hat is just not somethin' I'd do (shrug). EDIT: I'm savin' my money for my new Gustin Orange Wheat Pants! hey...not something I would do either man..trust me

Now that's taking it a little too far sir...lol...highly doubt that. Obviously their shit is marked up..but if one does not own any Iron Heart products then you can't really make an honest comment or have an opinion on whether their products are worth the extra dough or not. Trust me, I was super skeptical of IH products (just look at my posts on the first page) but if I could go back in time with the knowledge I have now I would take 3 or 4 pairs of Iron Hearts over my 20-30 pairs of Gustins any day. But hey I had to learn and if it wasn't for Gustin or other entry level brands I would have never worked my up to higher end brands. I still like most of my G's but I'm just saying....after having both companies products in hand it is completely a night and day comparison.

It's more the baloney pricing of Self Edge and the "633 fit is totally worth a $125 markup" that drives me crazy. I like some of the IH shirts and find Rakuten pricing comparable to similar Japanese brands. But the US distribution is stupid and money hungry and I will not have it! Bah.

Need I mention my railing against IHUK charging US customers VAT?

I won't buy from self edge, blue in green or IHUK. Just can't so the money man. It's nuts.
Rakuten or maybe the sales section and Black Friday.

I'd come across Papa Nui on the web and really like the PN-Battalion-FSC hat. The price has kept me from buying. They are/were sold by John Lofgren in JP. If anyone can find a comparable hat cheaper I'd like to know. I've looked, these seem to be the very best available.

Finally received shipment of my IHSH-118 and 1HSH-119.
Both are great shirts although I will be sending the IHSH-118 back as the fit is just not right on that one. The IHSH-119 however is a damn good fit (size XL) although if I get too much shrinkage after the first wash I might be screwed. I'm thinking I should be good with a cold hand wash and hang dry though. Overall, a kick ass work shirt in s 7oz IndigoxGrey Chambray. Immaculate construction, as usual, and it really looks good with brown jeans/khakis. Very happy with the purchase overall.

I could get away with it probably but I like to have some good length to my shirts. Also a little tight in the arms. Ive seen some models on certain websites wear them with that type of fit but I don't prefer mine to fit that way.

Welp...just got my IH633s in. The waist and length are perfection. The legs are a little bit less narrow than I prefer. They're a little loose around the leg from the knee down. Looser than I like. But the fabric is insane, and the length and waist are perfect. I still love them. And I'm sure when I give them a soak and/or wash after I wear the shit out of them, they'll shrink just a tiny bit. Enough for the leg looseness to be negligible. Glad I popped for them. Welp, I wish I could say different, but I definitely don't love these. At all. Far too baggy. The fit on the waist is great, but the legs are just too loose and the leg opening too wide......and I have thick thighs and rear. I have muscular legs. They just are crazy wide, the legs on these. I wish I saved my money for the IH 666-UHR or 666S-II. Likely gonna sell these.

These just give me paddle legs. And I thought the fit would work, but it doesn't. I am gonna sell 'em.

The leg opening of the 666-UHR even after soaking is wider than the leg opening of the 633. For example, in W31, the 666-UHR pre-soak leg opening is 8.5 and post-soak about 8.0". The 633 is 7.2" in the same size.

I wonder if something is off with your pair. Have you taken measurements?

Not the 666s-21 either? Seems overall slimmer than the 633, but not pencil thin, and definitely more taper, which is mainly what I want.

whiskeyriver I'd send them off to RailCar to be custom Tapered. For $60 more you'll have just what you want and possibly have paid $50 less then ordering from SE

Make sure you're checking the thigh measurements on the 555, 666, and 777 whiskeyriver. Take the 666 21 oz for example...crazy small thighs. I would have to go 4" bigger in the waist for them to fit my thighs. Remember that IH measures their thighs at the crotch and not 2" down.

whiskeyriver then how do your Oni 517xxBEs fit? Are they too tight in the thighs? I think the IH 633s and Oni517's are similar fits
