ickes, really stoked on the evo potential of the 18ozers. Giles pic after 5 weeks is pretty great. Thought these were going to be slow faders.

I'm actually giving mine their first wash in the tub right now as we speak, 5 weeks of some pretty hard wear but they haven't faded quite as quickly as Giles pair although there are definitely fades starting.

Sure did:) I was under the assumption the "vintage" quality would lend to slower fades so I was happy to see how crispy, etc. they are. Yeah, Giles pair looks pretty great for only 5 weeks.

They really are crunchy. After five weeks of good solid wear they have not softened up much at all really. I'll see how they feel after the first wash, almost dry now.

I'm crazy about this denim and the more slim cut, but not crazy about the price.
Just another boat that's sailing by.....

Gile's big 60 is coming soon, and he just hinted at a special shirt design to commemorate: lightweight-ish flannel in red plaid, half-western

One day they'll make a size 35 and I'll be tempted to buy their stuff, but not today.

I dont like the color of the arcs. The fabric looks sick tho. Those arcs are likely to look pretty awesome once the jeans fade, though

Agreed. I noticed that too that the new 33B stitching didn't pick up much of the overdye at all. Still a bad ass looking shirt though.

Appears to be consistent with the current method as the 666ODs were the same and a no go for me. They should just use black thread in my opinion They don't fade to a point where black would look strange. It would actually look cool IMHO.

Was always on the fence with the 141 with the contrast stitching. Looks sweet in the wild.
