Of course! He'll honor that...then not fulfill within 2-3 years and follow-up with the hard-hitting Fox 10 to complain about all the haters expecting a discount he initiated. 

mine says disputed as well. I couldn't do a chargeback through my bank because it was too late.

i didn't do a chargeback because bank said it was too late too.
but i did email them for a refund a few months ago, before the site got switched off.

but they still say what they did back then: 'awaiting fulfilment' and 'partially shipped'. everything is, of course, entirely unshipped.

Mine are all either partially shipped or awaiting fulfillment. Glad to see I still have $20 credit as well. Too hilarious. At least I was able to update my shipping info for that brown weft jacket that was apparently completed around may. I'm sure it will ship any moment now.

Where do you see the credit?

Are you sure it's too late? For custom items, the deadline for requesting a chargeback three months from the promised delivery date. So a June promise for delivery in two months means you might still be able to request a chargeback in Nov.

If you don't have an email from Lawless with a promised delivery date, I wonder if an email you sent them requesting a refund in response to Lawless's Instagram post suggesting people request refunds might be enough proof to convince a bank to grant a chargeback. It seems fair to me at least that a promised refund is as good as a promised delivery date. Hopefully a bank would agree.

I'd reference that letter from the AZ AG - it seems to be evidence enough to tell your bank that they should credit you for up to a year given the ongoing cluster that is LD. 

Looks good but like most of my LD shirts the cuff is huge. My Cone 16oz Colorado shirt has enough room for 3 wrists.

I think its possible but would require some frankensewing.  Big cuffs are fine with a well washed shirt but a rigid and heavy fabric only makes it worse.  My 16oz shirt looks really bad because it just hovers around my wrist.  I also have one larger than the other lol.  The entire shirt is an abomination but thats because the style of shirt doesnt look good as a shirt jacket.  It was my fault to choose a 16 oz fabric for that shirt .  Moving forward i wont go higher than a 14 but prefer less than 12oz  for its draping qualities

Did you ask specifidcally about custom clothing?  My bank declined the chargeback too on the grounds that the deadline is 120 days from purchase (well, 90 days since statement date).  But when I mentioned the custom clothing rule, which I'd only heard of here, they granted me a chargeback.  I had to ask for a manager before anything got done, and then the manager transfered me to the disputes department.
