Except that I never got my shirt or a refund. But try to post that somewhere without it getting deleted. Man, this makes me sick...

Not a Lawless video but thought it was sincere There is so much knowledge and "lessons learned" in that video. I used to help my ex sister in law (who still has her line after 20 years) in my previous married life do trade shows, Javits center in NYC, Magic, ASR etc. The stuff about manufacturing, LA, all the closed little culture of the business, rip offs and in/out mentality is all so true. It's hard. I think the part RA didn't understand was the hitting the pavement, dirty work, fall down 7 times get up 8 mentality. He has the gift of gab in spades and a high level of charisma but doesn't have the gut level drive. Too much focusing on image and a vision of being the boss and getting noticed, not enough on the nuts and bolts. My ex sister in law has that drive. That's why she's still making it happen. Roman would be a fantastic brand rep. He could sell water to fish. My own experience level pales in comparison to the two people above but I can say that the things I've learned so far reflect that you have to take a lot of failure and work through it to get anywhere in the world of clothing.

Glad it got a little coverage. However it seemed pretty "gentle" reporting. Not the hardcore Consumer Advocate bulldog reporter type story. They were incredibly gentle with him. Likely has to do with the fact that they did a profile on him before.

Failed businessman extraordinaire made a new instagram post, with a new website explaining his side of things. ldandco.us Now that free riders has crashed and burned, he is desperate. Read the blog posts, total bullshit. He goes from stating on TV how he has an empty warehouse filled with sewing machines to saying he has a team of experts ready to crank out more of his crap. LMAO!!!!! The comment on how an ex employee stole unfinished product to push into forums is proof Roman is a damn liar. He is falsely telling people the Rawrdenim (Heddels) article was born when I stole unfinished jeans so Lawless would look bad. We all know I am not that person and in fact someone here actually received those jeans. roman shame on you for telling such lies. I agree you were in over your head but lying to cover your own mistakes is bush league.

Website is back up, the contact us email doesn't work, I haven't tried the phone numbers, though I can imagine how well they work. I'd let them know on Instagram, but they still have me banned for asking about outstanding orders.

Glad it got a little coverage. However it seemed pretty "gentle" reporting. Not the hardcore Consumer Advocate bulldog reporter type story. There's a guy named Jessie Jones, who is a consumer advocate for a Seattle station. Its too bad that he didn't do the story, as this guy would have exposed him for the chump he really is. His forte is exposing these types of people who conduct business like this.

I'm amazed that after everything the LD ordering world knows, one whole year and more down the line, that people still write such sycophantic drivel on IG. Or is that just him, Laura and their many faces?
My impression was that for every item that went out to spec, at least one was pretty much pot luck as to what you got, so it wasn't all Ferraris.
And of all the shipping boxes on the video, how many actually had anything inside? It's cheaper to buy an empty box for when a camera crew's coming round than to make a pair of jeans at a huge loss.
And how can he have RTW when he has 900 (and the rest...) outstanding orders? Those outstanding orders paid for that RTW, which some might call theft.

So are the $59 in stock denim on the new/old website just the 3500 orders that were paid for being re-sold to grab some cash? If he's got orders ready to fulfill for that price, how come he can't send out the finished orders?

I just saw the new website up. Both phone numbers still don't work and I checked on my order and it still says awaiting fulfilment. So I the bright side they did totally disregard my order it still exist.

He seems to have found another new person to help him rebrand after firing the last three, since these are being proofread, and reasonably well written, regardless of the content.

I think those jeans are probably what would have been what Freeriders would/may try to be selling.
The hypocrisy and complete insanity of this is so immense. I think it is obscene that Roman would continue to lie and disparage when he has absolutely no leg to stand on.

I wonder if shaving that mustache and beard is an attempt at hiding his identity.
I just keep thinking back of when I visited the actual space. Workers seemed busy. Roman seemed preoccupied and upset. But thing that should have tipped me off was that the salesperson seemed like they didn't want me to buy a lot. I mean I was there ready to drop money on multiple jackets but through subtle hints I ended up only ordering one.
Big shame. I actually looked at the Canvas oiled Cruiser in person and it was one of the best jackets I've ever seen.

My orders also say disputed but they're not! Well. Other than me pushing for answers via email, FB AND IG. But I never processed a chargeback with my CC.
I wonder if all outstanding orders say disputed? It's possible it's part of migrating to yet another isp.
Has anyone other than BB logged in and what do your orders say?

My cc sent me a notice that the temporary chargeback they granted me a couple months ago is now permanent. Lawless had tried to protest it, so I sent in the whole email chain with various promised delivery dates that passed. And I guess that was enough. They granted me the temporary chargeback when I pointed out that these were custom goods and that my first request for a chargeback was within 3 months of the last promised delivery date. So thank you to whomever posted that policy here.

Seems I can't log in to see what fictitious state my two orders are in and the password reset doesn't seem to work. Looking at the blog post, I see they are using images from the Trinity Sports, Inc. (http://www.trinitysportsinc.com/ ) websites to show off the new LD&Co Los Angeles manufacturing facility. Great news that "we will add an additional percentage off or credit to your account thanking you for your patience and support." though, I'll no dobut be able to add this to the other credit I was promised and that they couldn't seem to manage to add to my account. "No one wants to wait months for a product, but you did and you're AWESOME! Thank you." That's really nice isn't it, Should read years rather than months though if that's not splitting hairs.

The horror, the horror!
