Its good to finally get some answers, and it was the Trolls who brought LD down. R is the total definition of a pompous ass.

Oh poor Roman, it is so hard to do honest business in crooked America. If only they gave him a chance!
What a worthless dummy.

All those trolls who paid for shipping on those stacks of items he can't afford to ship. The story is there, the news station just didn't tell it. He spent thousands and thousands of dollars opening stores and factories when he was failing on the manufacturing side due to whatever of however many reasons. It's not the fault of an internet troll that you built a factory you couldn't staff. If you've got a completed order boxed for someone and can't afford to ship it, reach out and let them know so that you can work something out. People are aware of the phenomenal deal they got, but if you don't tell them what's going on they can't do anything about it.

Glad it got a little coverage. However it seemed pretty "gentle" reporting. Not the hardcore Consumer Advocate bulldog reporter type story.

I finally got the pair I ordered in april yesterday. The worst part of all of this is that they are actually really nice jeans.

it's only impossible if you're a complete and utter moron. Rogue Territory, 3sixteen, Tellason & numerous other brands have successful businesses that produce American made goods, so they're clearly doing something right.

Funny (not really) that he still sees customers who got fed up with the lies, falsehoods and lack of information as 'trolls'.
At least this forum seems to have given him a number for him to quote as unfulfilled orders. If he is sending orders out still that's good to see.
The RA Apparel sticker is a new one though, did we see that domain name yet?

The RA Apparel sticker is a new one though, did we see that domain name yet? My mistake, the RA Apparel is from another dead venture. www.facebook.com/Rawear I really should make more effort to keep up.

I believe Roman had good intentions with him wanting to launch a successful business venture. I believe he wanted to make a great pair of jeans. I believe he wanted every last customer to receive their orders. I believe the guy who got in a car drunk had no intention of killing another human being. Calling upset customers TROLLS only proves he still doesn't know where "HE" went wrong

I went down to Lawless a few times to pick up different items. Everything seemed in order, the phones were ringing and everybody was busy. I guess we'll never know the truth about what happened.

Sales wise it was busy and to the outside world it would seem things were going well but every item sold helped put the nail in the coffin. $35 sale = $35 to $100 in the hole. 3500 orders * $35-$45 in losses per item = roughly $120,000 to $140,000 in the hole ****ESTIMATES****

This was a little off: "It turns out the exploding growth came with a heavy cost, the jeans are fully customized, for a few hundred dollars the buyer can choose the fabric, buttons, and stitching, but all those choices as we learned have consequences." Wasn't it like $80 tops during those 50% off sales.
And love how RA says: "We couldn't find employees, we tried and tried" and his solution was to open a second factory. He didn't have enough people to work one joint, so let's spend capital on this second joint.

Wow! I am sure my pants are sitting, waiting to be shipped (per the video). I would think that actually sending the product out might help in some way--- you would think.

I have to say that if they contacted the customer and ask if they could send them COD, some might be willing to pay it to get the product they ordered.

I think we're missing the point of the stacks of boxed ready to ship orders...he needs them there just the way they are for exactly this occasion (when the news cameras show up), or the authorities drop by, lol. They're a prop, he has no intention of shipping them.

Failed businessman extraordinaire made a new instagram post, with a new website explaining his side of things.
ldandco.us
Now that free riders has crashed and burned, he is desperate. Read the blog posts, total bullshit. He goes from stating on TV how he has an empty warehouse filled with sewing machines to saying he has a team of experts ready to crank out more of his crap.
LMAO!!!!!
