.... regarding the shipped shirt ... the first thought that came into my mind was: "that´s a package sent months ago, it was floating around the US, sat in some postal hubs before someone at USPS or FedEx found it again and finally delivered" Do we know when it was shipped? Might be months ago! Just a thought, overdRAWn According to the date on the shipping label, it was shipped on the 19th

that's a typical/traditional button layout for a sawtooth pocket. I have this exact shirt lol! I bought it around 2005 and still wear it. It's still one of my favorites

If Roman is listening: Why dont you let everyone know you have orders waiting to be delivered but you need the cash to cover shipping. If only there was someone here who, I dunno, had his cell phone number or personal email and could pass that along.

Yeah, I mean let's say that even if he were open to communicating with people in regards to taking $ or prepaid labels to ship things, and that's a big IF, do you really trust that he can handle everything in-between the taking of the $ to the item actually shipping out? What has history taught us so far? Get a grip people!

If only there was someone here who, I dunno, had his cell phone number or personal email and could pass that along. I'd venture to guess that if someone had his cell/email that one of the following has happened: 1. That was a while ago and both have already been changed to delay collections and people trying to reclaim goods owed. 2. Those folks here may not be in his good graces and have probably (safe assumption) been threatened for speaking truths. Or - you could tag him or Laura and see if they ever respond. They are members here - tag them or send them a private message and hope for the best! But yeah, let's not use that sliver of a common sense solution to enable more of the same.

What has history taught us so far? Get a grip people! Quite. I don't understand why anyone would think he would even try to ship out orders or 'do the right thing' - For a long while his somewhat paranoid attitude has been that everyone 'wants to see his brand fail' (Even those of us who tried to support the brand/s apparently.) and he was the one put upon. He seemed to have very little regard for his customers seeing them more as a nuisance than anything and pretty much said as much in the few updates given.

If those approximately 600 pieces exist, he theoretically could open yet another business an attempt to sell them as ready to wear. He'd have to change the label but wrong labels haven't stopped him before.

I'd have thought he could easily open up a pop-up shop for a few days, or a market stall, and still sell them for more than he was charging here. And most passers-by wouldn't know the brand or history, so no shame there. My money's on them not existing at all or having been offloaded elsewhere by now.

I would think a market store, an eBay job, or just wholesale the lot to a couple small clothing boutiques.

So basically nothing happens to the creators of Crowd Funded projects that use the funds wrongly. Over a 100k was funded, This Guy spends it on personal stuff, gets fined 100k but has no money, Fine suspended.

It's why going after certain people in court becomes more of a pain than it's worth.

Talk about disingenuous. So he was a victim of his own success, it wasn't his fault there weren't enough skilled people, the haters killed the business and he did his best for America.
No mention of shockingly bad management, deliberately taking in cash for orders he could never fulfil, sending out rubbish below-spec items, constantly lying and then blaming his own staff for all the problems....
