I just scored a pair of E4 weird guy for $99+ $11 shipping from Barney New York Store in NYC (212-826-8900). It is sold out online and the NYC flagship store still have many sizes in stock. Not worthy" ...... so, am I doing a good job as an enabler? E4 is 22oz and it is tonel IxBlack. Heavy, fade fast and different. |

The front rise of the E4 is .5 higher. Once again you can't always go by a waist labeled size from another brand. Measure the jeans you like the fit of and match that to what you are buying. Not sure if your Gustins were in spec. Unfortunately the E4 weird guy charts seem to differ depending on what website you are on. I had a pair of 34 E4 Wierd Guy fit purchased for someone else and the waist was exactly 34" My labeled 30 pair waist measured exactly 30 so they seem to run true to size. I just measured my 30's and after about a month of constant wear they are 31" 31 is my go to final waist size. There is a new pair of 34 in our for sale board by bugula. He is a good guy. Called Nordstroms, they are out on the 34s apparently... guys is taking 1 hour to check on 33s, calling multiple stores.
The thing that confuses me is the sizing. You guys seem to say its TTS but blueowl and tateandyokos both say they a good about 1-2 sizes larger in the waist than the tag states.
Confused!
if nordstroms doesnt get back to me, I'll call Barneys tomorrow.

I size up the E4 because it is a heavier denim.. but unsure about my decision |

I'll try Barneys but I doubt it I'll wind up with the jeans.

You could always order 2 sizes and return the one that doesn't fit. Done that before. |

I had hoped for something like this out of the Cone Blue Blacks, but they just don't seem to be going there. My American Sixteeners are already giving up quite a bit of dye, so I can't even attribute it to Cone Mills. |
