If you stood at a street corner, I'd hand you a few bucks.

*Heavy Breathing* "Nobody respected me until I put on the hickory striped EG hoodie." Seriously, though, my wife would laugh at me if I wore half of that stuff.

I have three pairs with three more on the way. The denim shirts are far more humorous to her.

Oh I have not even subjected her yet to the "Canadian tuxedo look" as she calls it. 2015 is the year of the workshirt for me as I have three on the way. I just tell her she doesn't know fashion....... She might rethink this marriage thing.

I have three pairs of indigo raws (two cone, one japanese) and one pair of cone indigo w/Kevlar on the way. I'm pretty much done with indigo denim for now until these fade out. The others I have on the way are black raws and duck 5 pockets from Ciano Farmer. At this point it's down to looking for unique/different fabrics that I don't currently have. Duck/canvas, medium blue denim, gray denim, maybe even some wool.

I have enough indigo jeans to last me quite a while, and I actually need to sell a few because I have one more from each of Gustin, LD, and Ciano in the pipe. I feel good on browns with the Taupes and Raw Umbers, so I'm pretty much just keeping an eye out for a midweight grey denim that speaks to me. The only indigo I could see being interested in at this point is a Cone (I do not have any USA-woven denim now, which seems a little weird) and a 20oz+ heavyweight. Some of those things posted in the Oni thread are drop-dead gorgeous, and I think I could just about deal with the swirly stitching details on the back pockets.

If you're set on Oni, it's worth noting that Blue in Green Soho offers them with plain pockets. At a price, of course.

Nice write-up of Engineered Garments at A Continuous Lean today. It offers an interesting perspective on how they have made their niche in menswear, and even though I know they get much malignment here, I think the author does have a good point, and it seems that as a company they share the ideology of a lot of people here (all made in the USA, for example). In any event, thought some of you might find it interesting.

Just a little too avant garde for me. Here and there a piece I like but I don't understand the cult following.
If you really want a culture shock to go style forum and ready their high end boot and sneaker thread or that what I wore today in the street wear and denim forum. Culture shock compared to here or dappered.

I think the guy on the left isn't wearing sensible shoes for his woodland adventures. He also looks vaguely disgruntled that the photography machine is stealing his life essence on film.
