Here are a few pictures of my 12oz Duck chinos after a soak. Love the fabric.. The pants are very comfortable though thick and the construction is amazing.. Ciano is the man.. I think white shirts pair well this this shade of brown. What other color shirts do you think work with this color? I am still waiting on my dark brown Duck.. Hey mowgli, is that the 901 or the 905 or a tweak of one or the other? I put in my first order with CF about a week ago, but haven't seen many fit pics of the 901 which I chose.

I too am curious about what size / fit they are as I'm trying to work out my sizing with Ciano. I think navy or indigo would go well with that color but it does seem like that's a tough color to match with which is why I'm looking at the dark brown for mine.

Knew the tailored waistband would look good on those ducks.

And ciano keeps knocking out the hits! Personally, it's not quite my flavor - I much prefer the 40's styled herringbone that was posted last week, but I think it's awesome that you guys are pursuing different vintage and workwear styles. Just get them posted as options on your site!

For those of you who have the duck canvas chinos do they come with the tailored finish similar to what Ciano offers on the denim?

Received my "orche" chinos in the 905 fit today and these are terrific! Incredible construction with great detailing, in addition to deep pockets, which I love. These chinos are super comfortable and great all around. The handstamped labels inside the chinos are cool, and it's evident that Ciano Farmer takes great pride in its work; compared to other brands, CF goes that extra mile, including with its packaging, labelling. I would also note the excellent communication and the willingness to meet the customer's requests.
Two minor issues to note. I got the vintage penny (great detail/feature) and corozo buttons, however I didn't realise the fly buttons would also be corozo, which will likely need periodic rethreading. My fault, so I will request different buttons for the fly for my next order (and I am definitely ordering more chinos). Second issue pertains with the waist measurement, which is approx. 0.5 inches smaller than the listed measurement. In my case this is fine because I sized up, but still worth signalling.
These chinos are fantastic and I definitely recommend Ciano Farmer.

My chinos do not have the tailored waist band. Pretty sure it's more of an option.
I did vintage penny for the fly and corozo for all the rest. Next pair will probably be vintage penny and regular shank for the rest of the fly and corozo on the back pockets so they don't pop off.

cianofarmer check out this shirting fabric from Cone. I know you are working on a shirt design, and this fabric would be an outstanding one to start with.

I would love some clean classy ever so slightly waisted workshirts from herringbone that are preferable white/black or grey. Hickory stripe is also sweet.

I like the oil field type B. Wonder if they could add a left pocket? The single pocket is less useful and looks symmetrically imbalanced to me.
