Any of you nerds jumping on the cerulean blue broken twill selvedge? I reflexively wanted to but I am on the fence about more G fits. At the moment I'd rather send the material to CF or BStar, but that is not going to happen. Frick. You first?

I like them but am passing. I like the black x grey as well but really don't need more jeans. Yes, I feel like I need to spend the coming jeans season in a wearing relationship with my jeans. I have room for a few more pairs though as I also should cull a couple. I have been mulling the G Herrinbone chinos and thos G cords but in both instances the fit pics have given me pause. I just dont like how either fabric/cut drapes.

I think the model is wearing a skinny fit so the cords appear to cling. Same with the broken twill pics

This is a great fabric and combination with the color of the snaps. I nearly don't care about the dumb arm pockets. ....calculating....calculating.......

Thanks for the pep-talk guys! This is why I no longer insta-buy. Moving on. Is the color off on these or is it just the lighting in the shot?

I've been turned off by comments too, so you're not alone. We're a nitpicky bunch. But don't listen to us knuckleheads. If you like something then buy it

Since I love doing pro-bono brand enhancement work I fired this off to lord G.
I am NOT crossing my fingers.
- NC
I own about 15 of Gustins T Shirts at least and they have become my goto T shirt.
Week after week I receive emails and await new colors or more slub t’s. I think the slub is the best T that Gustin makes.
My preferred cut is a v neck but that’s not a deal breaker. The pocket is.
TLDR: Can we get more slub (no pocket), more colors (light, bright) and more V’s.
Signed,
Guy who wants to buy a lot more G thsirts.

Hehe i actually like the tone of color and my first impression was that its kinda good but after closer inspection it felt off nd i think its the brass-buttons that takes it into wierd places for me. Its like its a little pimped imho and it makes it too "nice" for that kind of garment. We do have a different culture here tho so if it would work in your environment go for it.

Yeah, I like that it's a little different. The pimped thing is not registering with me but thanks for the thought!

I have this fabric in a Filson Scout jacket and love it That weight or that pattern? The Filson I'd lined so heavier. But the pattern is great. I guess it could look different on a different styles jacket

I've been on a bit of an outerwear tear the past couple years. I actually like more vibrant fabrics in outwear but they are few and far between.

Regarding Gustin t-shirts they should just keep some in stock. It's not like they don't have the cash. Stock your basics (white black grey) and do limited runs of other stuff.

agreed.
are anyone else's Okayama Standards still very stiff? I've worn these things several times a week for over 16 months with a handful of soaks and washes and they're still starchy. All of my other raws have softened up. Not a negative, just surprised these are maintaining that feel.

Guess it’s just from owning looser weaves, but I don’t like the way they wear. Love the evo on them, but just couldn’t stay interested in them.
