And now I have one on order. I haven't bought a shirt with snaps in close to a decade so I'm pretty fired up. Any pics of the back? Western scallops or the same angular look on the yoke?

Very nice shirt. I just wish the right pocket was not crooked and the pocket height matched up!

jockohomo It could be an optical illusion, caused by how the shirt is just laying there, as opposed to being on a body, The camera can do weird stuff. BTW...are we not men? lol.. don't mind me, I'm a huge DEVO fan

I'm not a Western shirt guy (as I don't own any). I'd be into something like Romans if the shoulder trim/stitching (sorry don't know what it's called, the v stitching) wasn't so pronounce. Is there a way for LD to make it not point so far down? If that makes sense.

I have been same feelings about the v. it is just hard to tell when the shirt is laying there flat if it is as pronounced as it looks. I will know eventually when I get both of mine.

I am hoping when I get to AZ to have a good look at everything myself so I will find out what is possible. I should say the plans are to continuously come out with new styles frequently because of the factory being in control by Roman. I think it will be exciting at the drop of a dime Roman can put something into production. I mean the chore coat was done in maybe a week or so but is still being tweaked. The rivets were a recent add so who knows where it will end at

The LD western looks like the shoulder seam is quite high which likely causes the V to look like that as well as prevent it from being spread out correctly

Or possibly move the pockets down just a scosche?

I do love the IH shirt. After looking at the IH shirt more I see the V cuts into the collar a few inches above the point of the collar where the LD shirt lines up with the point of the collar. The IH almost give the impression that the lines of the V are not totally straight. I think they are but it has a softer look while the LD looks very straight and rigid. Lowered pockets could work. Once again hard to tell laying flat, at least in that picture. Would like to see it on someone.
The pockets on the Strike Gold are much lower for sure, too low for me, at least how it looks there. Might not be so bad when you can see the whole shirt. The V design looks curved on the outside line. Maybe just how it is laying.

Could be, but just remember, Helmut Zeiss IV proved that there is a very fine line between an optical illusion and an "optical delusion." Seems like there might be a great deal of the latter going on here if you get my drift.

AYO JOCKO, I definitely see what u are seeing & think the same but dont know for sure. Everything Roman has been posting up here are quickly done to give us an idea of what our ideas will look like. I have been part of a conversation with Roman & a hour later the item is made shortly after. Thanks for stopping in though
