thomasss when you confirm your order, there will be a box at the bottom that says comments. There you can add what ever you want to tell them. I used it to tell them I wanted the heritage pockets Hope this is helpful to you  Thanx derek but it was an order i've made on the old website so i don't access to this particular order. BTW, i've made another order on the new site : i have to confirm my order? or it is gonna be mad eby LD? because right now, this order is in status "Awaiting Fulfillment", is it normal? |

Dirty_Denim; so I have shirt measurements I want to send you to apply to all of my pending shirt orders. My question is how much do you guys anticipate the selvedge denim shirts to shrink, or do you not know that yet? Or maybe it will vary by fabric? I would hope that they take this into account based on fabric so that you as a customer are always ordering the same size and then it is on Lawless to understand the material and how it will age/shrink and compensate when making the garment. That is what I would expect from a quality tailor. |

As Roman explained to me (and perhaps DD or Roman can chime in), but he's got a truck-full of denim awaiting in LA. It's a big order and he's going to bring it over as these rolls finish up. It's not hundreds of yards of the same, but a lot more dead stock and more good stuff.

"Several employees" - apparently Roman hired me out from current employer. I had no idea he could afford me  Apparently, "local person who can bring some truth to the internet" translates to employee in today's internet universe. That said, I don't consider someplace like Reddit as a credible source. Too many extreme viewpoints to muddy the waters. |

what kills me about the attitude is they're sooooooo diehard for raw over there, a $40 price point should have them jumping up to try LD, not gathering the torches and pitchforks.

Roman has given me access to so much more so I can answer just about any question moving forward. Changes to your orders are included in my capabilities but please make sure you are sure of what you want so that there isnt some 3 page trail of emails with all the changes. It can get confusing so please for your own sake keep it nice and clean. Yo DD, how can we tell you the change we want in our order ? via private message, on this thread?... Roman and co seems in a big big rush so they don't answer to my mail and want to be sure they note my sizing change on my order. take care. I assure you and everyone we see everyones messages. When you send an email or a note is added to the order. It is attached to the order automatically. If i go into the ordering system where all the orders are, I can see who has messaged and who added a note when checking out. We def have everyones requests but like you said have not begun to get to them in bulk. |

I hope that roman and Dirty_Denim read threads like this so that they understand that 100% accuracy (or as closet o it as possible) on the web is essential when your are running a web biz. Oversights and inconsistencies create doubt, and sometimes people don't realize that manufacturing a quality product and having a imperfect website are not mutually exclusive events. The website is not necessarily a reflection of product quality, but forum bullies like to pick things apart to boost their egos. |

Is there any validity to guys claim that the pic of the 14oz Niphon Grey and 15.2oz Cone are the same swatch of fabric?, it's just the picture has been altered..... At first, I said BS..... but the denim pics seem eerily similar  |

Who knew the denim universe had more unwritten rules than baseball??? Unwritten rule 1a, subset d: Do not sell raw denim below a 50-100% mark-up. It is the equivalent of stealing a base when you're up 10-0. |

I can understand their doubts : if you check what noticed elementality22 in the top of this thead : he's right. For 2 different fabrics, this is 2 same pictures but one is darker than the other... I'm not saying anything but let's be objectiv : it's strange. |
