Is there a Japanese branch of the Drunken Ocularly Challenged Sea Seamstresses? I can't find Waldo. Where is it messed up? Really just meant the outsourced nature of it. Reminds me of G, TS and others. It’s always interesting to learn which brands make their own stuff and which design but don’t manufacture. I’m not sure I see a real benefit to one method over the other, certainly not saying one is more virtuous than the other. But the 193 in my earlier thread does lead me to believe there’s at least a family resemblance.

This is only slightly related to this thread, but here goes...
I work in an office where I can't wear jeans. While I wish that wasn't the case, its a fact of life and I have a pretty good stable of mostly chinos (mostly twill in the summer and canvas in the winter) to work around that problem. Since joining this forum, I have purchased a few work shirts/westerns (IH-170, IH-155, some others) that I tend to not wear to work. As cooler weather approaches, I plan on changing this trend. The canvas chinos I have (olive, indigo, ochre) I think would probably work pretty well with work shirts... I think? I tuck most of my shirts in at work, but i don't plan on tucking these. Any other thoughts from folks who pull off this look?
I suppose @untucked would be the ultimate source for this kind of question.

The answer is hell yes they do. I wear that all the time.

So, in my opinion, they all work well, tucked or untucked. But, it's all about the balance of fabric weights. A UHF would look strange tucked in to light weight chinos. The other shirts would look just as fine tucked or untucked tho. It's all about your attitude and confidence. Try the combos out on a weekend, and see how you like it, or how comfortable you feel
