Shirt looks great, I need to get one of those. 50 bucks, thanks to the heads up from gaseousclay Edgevale doesn't seem to make these flannels anymore, which is a shame. I got a blue one about a year ago, also at gaseousclay's recommendation. It's a great shirt and an unbelievable price. I don't think I got it for $50, but it was certainly less than $75. They seem to have moved on to shirt jackets. |

I find this perplexing because they cater to the outdoor crowd, and pretty much all outdoor clothing companies sell flannel shirts. my Elko flannels are my most worn because of the lighterweight and because they're my best fitting. I initially bought the red/white/blue colorway for around $100 and then the brown and umber colorways during their $50 sale. oddly enough, I like the umber colorway best and think it pairs well with faded jeans. maybe they didn't sell enough to warrant reproducing them again but I think if they offered cool new fabrics each season it might gain interest. But I don't run a business so what the hell do I know? |

Ha, just a little self reflection. My first pair of selvedge were "vintage washed" and I still feel guilty wearing them. I try to wear them with my crocked up Chucks just on the 0% chance I get called out by the Raw Police.
In related sad news, they're hemmed and the tailor chopped off the chainstitch and sewed it back on. Yikes.

I think what i like the most about them is the 4 eyelets which make it less of a boat shoe.

Thanks, man. I just stumbled into the combo just messing around, but I agree the shoes work well with the indigo.
Supple leather combined with the 'Lactae Hevea' gum sole make these super comfortable too.
These were a Taylor Stitch collab...

That's the right one. Just know that if you like the leather color, you'll need to treat the leather with a wax or similar. They're very fast at picking up patina. I've worn my Essex leather boots a handful of times and they're already darkening up noticeably.
