You denim-head-bruvs gotta help a brutha...
I'm a poor dude in ministry, so I can only snag one pair from Lawless right now! And I'm torn between the Brown Weft Slub and the N-Gine. I don't have a pair of slubs OR a pair of light indigo jeans. Which do you think is more essential to the selvedge collection?!

i'd probably hold off on trying to order until some more of the site bugs are worked out.
that said...i hadn't really been looking at the shirts and was resigned to waiting for my jeans to arrive before diving in. then you enablers got me to go look at the customization options and i'm itching to get one (or two) ordered up asap.

You'll actually wear your stuff and get some good fades, character on them!

I tend to agree with the announcer there - totally awful waste of a slice of pizza! I hate the Yank's almost as much as any Bostonite, but even you guys gave Jeter a Standing-O in his last game there Spoken like a man who has never sampled Fenway's pizza. Too-chay!

You'd probably like either one. I think I'd go for the brown weft, as I am thinking about that fabric in a Western shirt, which would be boss for riding when its too hot for leather.

@dirty Denim; I ordered a Lawless shirt last week before the site was revamped but I haven't tried since the new site went up.

Black 14 oz denim with black snaps and black stitching. I know that's not your style but I dig it and I'm hoping it turns out good. If the fit and quality is their with the LD WS I'm going to have a heyday with these things. All the stitching and snap options will have me like a kid in a candy store

Yeah, a little on the tonal side for me - I want to stand out with some colors in there, but it's what indeed makes the world go-round. I'd be bummed if we all got the same shizzle. As it stands, this brand could indeed make for some epic pic threads.

Gustin is doing a good job describing the fabric since I cannot really touch it. I try to "match" the fabric between the Lawless and Gustin, so I can make better decision. One thing I find out is most of the Lawless deadstock fabric never appear in Gustin before. Here is the list that I am able to guess/match....
Gustin Super Heavy = Lawless 18.5 oz. Kuroki Mills Indigo Selvedge Denim The Natural = 12 oz. Cone Mills Natural 1776 #102 JAPAN INDIGOXINDIGO = 14 oz. Kaihara Mills Indigo Over Indigo Selvedge Denim #97 CONE PEACHID = 14 oz. Cone Mills Indigo Selvedge Denim #26 - SUPER HEAVY SLUB = 17 oz. Japanese Kurabo Heavy Slub Indigo Selvedge Denim #95 THE SLUB16 = 17 oz. Japanese Kaihara Indigo Slub Selvedge Denim #130 JAPAN GREYXGREY = 14 oz. Nihon Menpu Dark Grey Selvedge Denim

I was talking with Allison today, and was told they are finalizing the design of their CPO. Sounds like they will have pictures when the new site launches. She said they will have it in different weights, and will come from a mill with 100 years of making wool, ala Pendleton. Also, I inquired about getting a vest made from the British Millerain, and she said no problem. Talk about getting spoiled!

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our friends here in the community ( jbreitenbucher), the Lawless website will be getting a new facelift with more product offerings and potentially more fabric options as well. I believe Roman is looking to go live with the new site this week. Thanks again to everyone here doing their part!

jbreitenbucher - IMO, they need more pics of the denim swatches and some completed pics. What I think would be really cool is that when you build a pair of jeans that you can see the options you choose on the denim as you choose them - thread color, etc. Once you've completed customizing your pair, it would be nice to see what the finished pair would look like. I know this is a lot of work, but just saying what I think would be cool.
