Dirty_Denim Damn! Great fades on those for only 4 months... I love the military vibe so both my wife and I have a pair of the military pants in Candiani Black/Black. Great chino alternative. I also have a pair of military pants currently being made from the Japanese Dova denim. Very excited. Hope they fade as fast as Dirty's. Manny is also making some custom USN inspired denim vests (shawl collar, D pockets, pea coat buttons, camo and vintage USN blanket liner etc) that should be done in a week or so. Seriously can't wait for those. Manny had posted some pics of one on insta but we are making some changes to them still.

As for mine the photo's tell a better story than what they really look like. In the sun i can see fades very clearly but in normal light they look quite dark.

Dirty_Denim Ha! Great news. I picked that denim specifically because you mentioned somewhere in this forum that it was "crunchy". Thanks for the insight!

$190 if I recall correct. I think a lightweight denim or chambray shirt is next then I'm done for a while. I love the black sawtooth shirt jacket I got as well.

What fabric would you guys recommend for a shirt? I want to have Manny make me the Perfect shirt. I'd like a very Crisp, Darkish, CrossHatchish, Chambray. Something that looks like it's Denim but more forgiving like chambray. Any thoughts?

Maybe for the second anniversary, we should buy a loom? I figure we have two or three years to get this wrapped up.

Very strange fabric . It reminds me of upholstery fabric . Its quite thick which gives the impression that its stiff & rigid. That doesnt mean its a bad thing but it wasnt something i liked personally

The womans dress ended up being made out of that exact fabric but it mostly sat at the very bottom of our scrap pile . It wasnt terrible but it definitely was not a chambray we tend to like
