I love having a double zip. Being able to just open up the last couple of inches of most of my shells and fleece is awesome when it warms up a little when skiing. Also really handy on a bike. Any suggestions? I've been looking for a double-zip shell or something like that for a while now. I don't think they are double zip, but I have a Patagonia shell that I really like. I bought one about 5-6 years ago from my local Patagonia store. Worked well, very good waterproofing. After 5 years or so, the waterproofing "delaminated" at the back of the neck and my shirt collar would get wet in a heavy rain. I took the shell back to the store I had bought it from 5 years earlier with no receipt, just hoping that there was a way the shell could be repaired. The clerk told me about this delamination and how the oils in your skin cause it to happen, particularly on the back of your neck where the jacket is often in direct contact with your skin. Apparently all methods of waterproofing (in synthetics at least, obviously waxed cotton/canvas wouldn't have this problem) will eventually suffer from this. You can hold it off for awhile by washing your shell more often, but given time, it will pretty much always happen. Anyway, the clerk said there wasn't really a way to fix it. She said they didn't sell the model I had anymore, but that I should go to the rack and take whatever replacement shell I wanted. I ended up picking a shell that was the most similar to the one I had before. It was retail $400. I walked out of the store without paying a dime. (If I had done this at REI or some other Patagonia retailer, I don't think this would have happened. I think you probably need to go to a Patagonia store for this kind of thing) I prefer MiUSA clothing, but for that kind of technical stuff, Patagonia has made me a lifetime customer. I honestly wasn't expecting a brand new replacement, for free, for a 5 year old jacket that didn't really have a defect, just typical wear. Very impressive.

anybody own a stadium jacket? I like the looks of the new ones but the double zipper on the front kind of annoys me. Why??? Yeah. I wasn't planning on buying it, but then I tried it on at Standard and Strange. Solid jacket, and loved the fit! I typically wear L in jackets, but sized up. These completely sold out in a few hours!! For me, the double zip feature is unique. Never know when you need a little more room after a few beers while keeping the chest toasty and cozy.

Hmmmmm. I don't know what offends me more, the look of the jacket or the price tag

Anybody have anything in the CT fit? I have a pair of SL-120x's and like that fabric, but can't do the low rise of that cut again. I love my Iron Heart 666's and it looks like the CT-120x would be pretty similar with maybe a bit more taper which would be good.
Any insight?

anyone have any current fade and outfit pics of the ST-120x?
still on the hunt for an IDxID pair and I want something a little more tapered than G Slim, but 3sixteen isn't quite there on the measurements.

It's 3/16 so things are on sale every hour at their website. You have to scan the product categories each hour.

The CS-100x have been on sale the whole time. The heavyweights are on sale now. The short sleeve work shirts and the Hunters have been on sale, but no shirts appear to be right now.

They don't even list what the normal price is. you just kinda have to know what this stuff usually goes for and look for the outlier. Jeez. Good luck.

this reddit post has also been tracking the sales all day. there's a table listing each new sale item, MSRP, and sale price.

Haha. How have you guys not memorized the prices on each item?
I'm half heartedly waiting for the Shadow Kibata to go on sale. But I'm also not really expecting them to.

Just nabbed the Purple Check Flannel for $99. Most retailers don't carry my 2X size, and I wasn't interested in paying retail for a lightweight flannel from the mothership. So, I had to wait. But, it paid off, in the end.

15%?! Weak.

You'd think at least 16% off. They clearly missed the obvious gimmick. Then again, they could also offer $3.16 off.

In the past I usually waited for a sale from whichever vendor carried their stuff. I think my last 3sixteen purchase was made via understudyshop.com in Canada and I bought the SS16 flannel shirts for around 30% off w/free shipping. It's better than 15% but i'm at the point now where I wouldn't pay full price for any of their tops. I like their denim though.
