Hi all, I would love to hear your opinion on my last repair:-) I got a perfecr chore coat by Edwin from Japan last year, the fit is great but the sleeves are a bit short. I got the sleeves extended with brown corduroy since I was unable to find the same matching color as is on the collar and pockets. What do you think? Without knowing that, could you say it is supposed to be that way?:-)

After the new corduroy extensions get some wear one them, it will look totally fine with the rest of the jacket. Great way to think outside the box on the repair/improvement!

But I'm afraid that corduroy will never get any wear. It was the most quality on the market, made in UK. They provide their stuff to Armani, Hugo and so forth. I didn't pay much since I bought only a small piece.

Looks okay to me. It's only a problem if it's going to bug you.

romaLooks ok to me. Only thought that someone may have, at a quick glance is that it may look like there is a liner pulling out. But IRL it may not.

I didn't even notice the brown as I thought that was some type of shadow being it is so dark. I think it looks fine also partly because of the blending in so well.
