I got mine on Monday. Mine says 5 of 17. It's pretty damn hefty. As substantial handfeel as the Beasts.

I was just comparing them to my Oni 22's and the tighter weave of the Ciano's makes them feel a lot less substantial. Of course my Oni are the Chris Farley cut and my Ciano are more the David Spade cut, so that probably comes into play too. |

Got mine on Monday (3 of 17) but no pics yet as I have been working during all daylight hours and want to have some good light for the pics... Will get pics this Saturday for sure.
Everything about them is great. Construction is great. Custom details are awesome. Very happy I am able to have a pair.
Now we need a fades thread!!

Not quite as interesting a denim, but a really, really good weight and construction is very nice, especially when price is considered. |

We definitely need a fade thread, but I don't think I'm going to touch these until the weather reverses and instead of getting warmer, it heads in the other direction. |

I'll give these a good month of wear at my nite job (cool enough to wear). Then a wash and packed away till fall. |

There's a bunch of pictures of them a few pages back, and I was pretty psyched when they showed up. I need to figure out some way to wear them as we're heading into spring and summer, though. I didn't want to do much talking about them until some other pairs were in their owner's hands, and Houston was determined to float away, so I stopped saying anything. |

I just took a closer look, and it looks like the 20oz I got from Ciano and Soso is the same denim, but there is a slight variance in the tightness of the weave, so one appears to be a slightly deeper indigo. They both have a green ID, but it's very slightly thicker on the Ciano pair.  |

here are some pics to help hold over those still waiting... these are my first pair of heavyweight denim and they are surprisingyl soft and comfortable. I expected wearing them to be more like wearing carpet but they just feel like pants. The details are great. printed pocket bag  Selvedge style patch. 3 of 17  Chainstitch runoff on the cuff. I went with olive thread for my pair  olive thread  The rivets have the letter "C" stamped in them  patch up close  lifetime repair  There was a swatch included. Looks like the olive green fabric that the Garrison sample Ciano posted was made from  Some fit pics. I ordered size 32 with a custom taper. Fit is perfect for me   |
