I think you guys should start soon. You'll want the extra time for the proper Robert Plant fades. Soon it's going to be cold and....well...that won't help.

Yeah, or they seriously screwed the pooch on sewing them up right and had a lot of "do-overs". I've thought about getting another pair and giving them the washer and dryer treatment, but that seems excessive, even for me.

Gustin (or Skyblue Sewing) seems to struggle with unsanforized fabric. Beyond the standard meaningless "it's harder to work with" that everyone quotes to avoid sounding ignorant, I have no idea what the specifics are that cause issues during cutting and sewing. I guess I'm ignorant They always end up with a huge pile of rejects stock when they do unsanforized.... If I were in the market for next years summer jeans, I'd get a pair from stock and beat the crap out of them next year. I think some of you guys are going to end up with some really nice fades and for 90 bucks? That's a good deal as long as the sizing works.

Received mine. Came in under 37 straight spec, but it won't be an issue. Pre-soak measurements..... Waist 18.5 Thigh 12.5(2" down) Front rise 11.25 Back rise 14.75 Cuff 8.75 Inseam 36.25 Will post post-soak numbers Sunday Post-soak measurements..... Waist 17.75 Thigh 12.25(2" down) F rise 11 B rise 14.75 Cuff 8.4 Inseam 34.25 I gave them a quick fit check, and they are darn near perfect. The waist is comfortably snug. The thigh and leg have just the right amount of wiggle room. The rise is where I like it, no plumbers crack worries. The inseam is .25-.5 more than I would typically wear without a cuff. I will be stacking. Ready when you guys are !

You may be my denim doppelganger.

They actually werent that tight in the waist, i mean they were tight, but my herringbones are tighter. I also didnt force it at all when putting the dryingstick in the waist, ther is something wrong with this button im sure, I have slaughtered alot of other Gustins and this never happened. It looks croocked like it didnt lock but just got bent:

Griffin I had something very similar happen to me with another pair of pants (non-Gustin). I bent the shank straight with some pliers and then hammered it back in. It's held so far. Give it a go.

It w\is impossible to straighten. Gustin will send me a new one. Thats good bc the button itself (the locking thing inside) is kinda damaged. I think this will work out sweet.

Yeah I've had rivets pop off and they've sent me replacements. They sent extras which was good because the first was a test and the second came off again. You have to hit it really hard.
