I've dropped a couple grand over the past year on Gustin. No opener for me though. LOL Is the opener thing a rumor or was it confirmed somewhere? I said it off the cuff earlier today, so I hope I didn't spin up the gossip mill. They do stuff like this occasionally. They sent out stuff before Christmas, and I'd venture to guess many of the people that got stuff then aren't getting stuff now, or something. but... you know, they might just hate you.  |

It's just rumor at this point. It's all good guys, people were sent Christmas gifts. emails, free aprons etc and I wasn't included in any of that and I've spent quite a bit with G. I got the email today though so maybe G is just making their way down the list of names and handing out the freebies when they can.

has anyone here cancelled an order after sizing has been locked on a campaign?
if so, did you just email and request a cancellation? any push back? store credit only, or anyone actually get a refund?

Yes, many times. Before the stock store existed, it was for store credit only. Now they give you a full refund to your method of payment. They may offer you store credit at first, but ask for the credit card refund and they will take care of that for you. |

I have too. Cancelled all my pending shirt orders after receiving my 6th (out of 6) f'd up oxford patterned shirt. They were great and instantly refunded me. I guess they realized they had no other choice as refusing refunds would cause people to just have the charges revered on their CC's. |

Judging by what others have said multiple people have had credit card reversals so Gustin loosened up the return policy. |

Can anyone tell me if the skinny cut is that much more dramatic than the slim? I'm looking at a pair on eBay right now that are a 33 skinny and I usually wear a 33 slim.

I went with the skinny cut on the Pink IDs that I should be getting within a week or so, since its a lighter weight denim. I'll you know how far off the 30 skinny is from my 30 slims.

There's a pair of the Zimb Lights on eBay right now in a 33 skinny but I usually wear a 33 slim.
