I guess I'd missed that they were unsanforized. Is that true for the Black x Black too?

Also the probability of someone here owning the 32oz indigo is low..and tbr Jean cost $500 from NF

This denim might make a good vest. Or make a jacket with a variety of optional linings with the black denim. E.g. quilted red, grey wool, pendelton patterned wool blanket lining, etc.
Wouldn't want jeans. Don't think I could move or bend in them. That's why a vest would be perfect.
I suspect N&F did this as a stunt to set the weight record and one-up Iron Heart. Wouldn't the cost be prohibitive, and you have to use carpet sewing machinery? Even if you could make them, it seems like a novelty item / collectors item. Or an Arms Race. For example, 25 oz denim jeans are not that practical for many conditions (temp ranges and activities). IH is pretty open about the fact that the 23 oz don't breathe well. (I only wear 21 oz + when it's under about 77 degrees.) When would you wear these? 2 months in the winter.
I've only seen two or three people break in the N&F 32 oz jeans, one as part of Heavy Weight Denim Competitions and he was basically in the Arctic of Canada. But who knows what's out there...

A jacket with a non-itch soft-colored lining or flash red would be really cool. Im almost wanting a halfbelt with 1 chestpocket and a zipper.

There could be a market for the 32oz it is hard to say. Naked and Famous all did sell out so who knows. As mentioned maybe jackets are a good use. We just don't want anyone getting hurt using the fabric. 23 ounce is enough for me.

Depending on price I would buy a pair of jeans just to say I have them. Realistically a vest or jacket would be awesome.

Heavier jeans will offer a few more seconds, before taking off skin. More of a benefit for warmth, than protection.

I'm just going to sit back and be a spectator on this one. I think 32oz is even too heavy for me.

cianofarmer did anyone end up getting anything made with this (if you started production?) This would make a great vest candidate..

The CF 23oz is similar to the IH 21oz superblack vest. No way I'd want to go higher.
