Initial thoughts?
o "Wow these boots are BEAUTIFUL! It's a shame that I'm gonna fcuk them up....."
o 10" shaft is HIGH!
o The fit is great, like REALLY!
o These custom Role Club rubber soles are NICE! The make for a firm, but very soft (And quiet) walking surface of the boot.
I really wish I could do a more thorough, comparative review but this is my first pair of engineer boots... I have nothing else to even compare them to.

That's s basically what she said, lol! "Those are like manly stripper boots!!!"
After wearing them at work for a day, my synopsis is that 10" IS too high. I got home, and did what I know to do with new boots..... Throw them ok n a run of hot water! Many will say "Blasphemy!", but I know it WORKS for molding new boots... The fit was already GOOD, but it's GREAT now. And, I scrunched the shaft down while wet... Once again, many would say "BLASPHEMY!", but, I'm definitely happier now that they are shorter and not so pristine.
OAN: The leather used is PHENOMENAL! I swear, I've never seen footwear "shine" so easily!!! Not to mention, the grain is GORGEOUS.
Would I order another pair? As of right now, with no real millage on them, I say HELL YES. But, I would order a half size down, and an 8" shaft... Though, they are STILL quite amazing, as is

Hey, @untucked, I have 11" and 16" Wesco Boss, and much prefer the feel of the 16" over my calves. 10" sounds low-rise in comparison. I do draw the line at the 22" thigh version though, at least in public

Though, they are STILL quite amazing, as is I have a pair of White's with a 12" height, and you might that you get used to the height after you have them a while. I do wear mine for riding mostly, and really wouldn't consider anything shorter for that purpose at least. Helps shield the leg from engine heat.

Got some Randolph Engineering aviators in today. 58mm bayonet gun metal grey polarized grey lens. $164 after 20% off not sure I would pay $164 let alone full price of over $200 but they were paid for by my town. I love them but jeesh it's a lot of sunglasses.

Bought a cheap dining table and chairs from ikea for my apartment. Ikea is basically the Swedish version of Wal-Mart, except their stuff looks better.

Just bought a Italian Grenadine tie in wine (burgundy) from Chipp Neckwear. Looks great. Don't currently need to wear ties anymore so when I get a chance to I always rock one.

Im thinking only black and grey, with blood red being the only color used. The story being shown is probably the most popular Japanese folk story/fairytale: Momotaro (Translates to Peach Boy.... Momo= Peach, Taro= typical old Japanese name for a boy, like "John", lol). I swear, I didn't get it because I'm a denim weirdo, lol. I'm from Georgia, The Peach State... And, the first time that was told to one of my Japanese friends, the gave me the name Momotaro. I'll link to a simplified version of the story below: " rel="nofollow" target="_blank">en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Momotar%C5%

Wow! That's a commitment. Will it be full color? Even after already having 28 tattoos..... This sh!t STILL hurts!!!! There is no getting used to the specific kind of pain tattooing gives.
This is only the BASIC most part of the outline, and it took 5.5hrs. I'll tell you, after 3hrs, I'm 100% SURE my body stopped producing endorphins. I'd estimate there is still about 15-20hrs of work left to be done until I reach completion on this piece

@untucked - do you own a pair on momo's? That would have been less painful . Looks good!

Actually..... Lol! That's what this tattoo depicts: Momotaro defeating the oni (Demon) named Ura.
