Ok the orders are being sifted based on what is in stock and whatever else can prevent and order from going in. That's the obvious.
Have any of you received anything other than bottoms?

Hi guys, I'd received a tracking number on my e-mail box today. It's for order # 815. I guess it's considered done and may be crossed off the list. Thanks again ,for doing this, guys.

I got the h-bone shirt a while back. I did get half of order #134 which was a dark grey Niphon Menpu shirt back in March.

Just heard from my coworker. His GF ordered a couple of pairs of jeans - after all the PR sh*tstorm, she opted to cancel her orders. She was told "they are not giving refunds". This isn't the first I've heard of this, but it isn't a consistent pattern yet. I'd be curious to know how many people in total have been told this. Under 100? 500?

Or maybe a sign of things to come? I don't know.

Or maybe a sign of things to come? I don't know. Wrong thread, but, posted 6/29: UPDATE: As of today, if you have a customized order in progress with us know that it is in progress and in production. That being said, please do not email us or call us for a status update UNLESS you’re requesting a refund (If you are requesting a refund, you will have to call us at 602-635-7449). Exception being overseas customers. We receive hundreds and hundreds of inquiries asking for status updates daily and spend countless hours answering emails when we could be working on completing orders. It is our mission to maintain the deadlines we have set both internally and for you all, thank you for your continued patience and support!I can't find where Roman committed to giving a refund for people who no longer wanted to wait, and I can't keep looking at their instagram given what it does to my blood pressure. However, I understand where they're coming from if the orders have already been cut or whatever. If they've already committed the resources to a custom order, it's hard to jump on them and say that they should scrap it and send a refund -- unfortunately their lack of organization or willingness/ability to actively communicate, not sure which, makes it hard to trust anything they say.

Mikayla (SP?) is also NOT a pleasure to speak with, so could it have been her that your co-worker's GF spoke with matt?

Not sure, but there's definitely more to all of these stories. I guess let's see what Sal can do.

So, I have 4 orders outstanding. Exophobe and Sal have helped me out tremendously with the list and checking in. Yesterday I received 4 separate cancellation emails, one for each order. So, if they've cancelled the orders, the only fair and legal option for them is to give me a refund. I realize this has nothing to do with the way LD actually operates but if I can reach someone there at least they can't give me the "you'll have to wait for fulfillmentBS".
Looking back into my records, my orders were Paypal based. Paypal booted Roman and LD a while back so a refund via that channel isn't viable.
So far I've PM'd and called Lawless on both the 866 and 602 area code numbers, I get the blowoff to voicemail each time. Left my info. So, they've officially "cancelled" my orders but no refund and no contact to arrange a refund. That's theft. Not at all surprised by this mind you, just filling in the group on my own situation.
Not sure of my next move. Might go sit in the Ferrari with Ickes and wait for Roman to show up (assuming he actually goes to work at this point)...
I'm usually very careful about online purchases, this time I let my guard down as a result of some misplaced trust in a company. Off to the war room to plot my next move...
Do they still have a front door open to the public? I'm seriously considering a road trip back to see my family in AZ and stopping by LD.

Seems a bit much, but I've always figured "eh, it's not the best neighborhood, especially at night"...maybe it was for the creditors that show up?

No worries matt, I had Roman pegged as a little wannabe biker/gun weenie a long time ago. Don't get me wrong, I grew up around guns, hunting and shooting all the time in AZ. I also support guns for self defense, I own guns myself. There's just this certain type of insecure, mouthy dude who holds his pistol sideways....basically...Roman lol. AZ attracts lots of them from other states that have tighter gun laws. We AZ born folks (all 9 of us lol) used to hate those guys. I'm also way past my "wreck the place" stage having learned as a very young man that even the winner usually suffers painful collateral damage. I lost as many fights as I won as a kid. Thing is....they all hurt lol. I'm a serious conflict avoider as an adult and I'll always walk away unless there is no other option. I'd just like to speak to a live human, in person at LD. Hell if nothing else it would make a good story.

Let's not begin to paint a picture of the final scenes of Scarface where Roman is sitting around rolls of fabric with the door barricaded and the 2 dogs by his side, counting his money and smoking his vape and yelling "you haters are never gonna take me alive"...actually, I think I just wrote the ending to the mocumentary that I'm looking to fund on Kickstarter about this.

You guys forget....I grew up in what is considered central PHX aka near the rapidly gentrifying area that LD calls home. It's not a rough area at all compared to 20 years ago. Ask ickes, pit bulls and some meatheads with cheap guns were always just part of the scenery lol....real OG guys had low riders and lifted weights in the driveway. Streets like Garfield had actual multigenerational gangs. They also didn't need to act badass because they actually were rather badass, lay low, avoid attention. LD....well, not even close...basically, the opposite. In his pervious incarnations, Roman was a sommelier and then a Yoga instructor. So gangter I was just a white kid minding my own business. Still am. Not worried about it. Just curious about what the story is face to face when a customer whose orders were cancelled stops by to provide information on the account that can be used to refund his money. matt, please write that mocumentary....it's too rich to pass up.

Just to say I'm digging all this crazy talk. Maybe I'm lame, but WTF do you keep 3 pit bulls around a business (or even a house) for? If you like em I'm not dissing ...but those dogs are built for attacking people ... so the message you're sending is... 'come spend money, we make heritage clothing'? RA's joint is starting to sound like a compound from the bad old days of apartheid South Africa! Nothing gets in and definitely nothing gets out! Shit!

Pit bulls, when trained properly, are the sweetest, most intelligent and loyal dogs you'll find, it just takes a lot of work to get them there. Golden Retrievers and basset hounds attack more people. They just look intimidating which, unfortunately, makes them popular with assholes that fight dogs.

(there's a joke here, I'll let someone else take it) Maybe RA was impacted by a Levi's commercial and an old Spuds Mackenzie spot back in his formidable years. I need to add that to the mocumentary.

FWIW. If talking about the dog I saw in a video it is a Bull Terrier. Different breed than an American Pit bull terrier.

Pits are more likely to be dog-aggressive than people-aggressive (bred to be dog-fighting dogs, after all). Assholes train them to be aggressive towards people. Goldens were seriously overbred (in the 80s, I think?), and now suffer from poor breeding stock. And cancer, lots of cancer.
