I'm not sure, these are the measurements I gave Ickes. I'll remeasure them. How should I measure the sleeves? You can measure from the shoulder seam to cuff or the center back, down to shoulder seam and then to sleeve cuff. And the 27" is from the shoulder seam to end of cuff.

That is correct. A really sweet shirt that is both cool and kinda proper in a way. I fully recommend it. It is also stiff and nice just the way we like it! Go get it! But heads-up the XL I have fits more like Large.

We also have to eat many pies to get a fat-layer to hold us warm. Cowboy-breakfast also helps.
