Manny seems to be responding to text. I think they're just kind of busy and his catching up from being sick. He says he'll send my exchange later this week

Eesh, contact dropping off after multiple attempts to figure out where my month late shirt and God-knows-how-late pant repair are in the process. I'm having deja vu. Number disconnected. Email bouncing back as undeliverable. Damn.

Bridge & Burn is on my insta ignore list along with Faherty, Penfield, RRL, Grayers and Jack Spade since all or nearly all of their stuff is Chinese made. Alex Mill used to be, but has started making more and more stuff in the US, so they're back on my radar. Bridge and Burn pisses me off. "Designed in Portland" Made in China. Everyone here in PDX loves them too. I don't get it. Over priced nonsense.

I waited too long and the 14.5 oz twisted weft Charles Atlas sold out in my sizes. Bummer. Trying to decide if I want the 16.5 instead.

I realized that I would buy way more Gustin denim if their fit was better.

Last Call explosion over at TS. Didn't last call used to be 50% off list price back in the day? I haven't bought anything from them in quite some time, but I did pick up a couple of items off of last call with much steeper discounts than what they have today. They definitely used to be a lot cheaper for last call. I wonder why they are posting so much stuff. Do you think they're going to head in a different direction?

I see the exact opposite, and the fit guide matches the Collect mills Charles Atlas exactly lol. Minus the rear rise being .25 inches lower. lol...I think I just realized we are looking at two different fits. You are looking at the Charles Atlas and I'm looking at the Greaser fits lol. Mystery solved. I thought maybe we had discovered some bizarro internet world.

No, but they have the 32 measurements up, and if you compare their last run of measurements with the measurements on the 14.5 oz, the 32s are the same. It would make sense that the other sizes would follow suit. well I see the fit guide up for a size 32 for the 16.5oz Xinjiang but not the 14.5oz twisted weft. Actually there's a huge difference in the leg opening measurement. That has to be an error though. I see the exact opposite, and the fit guide matches the Collect mills Charles Atlas exactly lol. Minus the rear rise being .25 inches lower.

I'm going to get the 14.5 oz twisted yarn. Just can't decide what size. With low rise jeans I'm okay to size down, because I have a small lower waist. My true waist is about 2 inches bigger though, and with almost 12 inch rise I think I should size up. For instance, my 33 Gs or Oni'stretch to about 34-34.25, but sit lower at 10 inch rise. My true waist is about 36 right now, and when I get back down to fighting weight I'd say 34. So I think I'll order a 34 and they should be just right out of the box when I shrink, but have room to stretch if I put on a few. I have no experience with buying the right size. Anyone else? the fit guides aren't up for these yet are they? No, but they have the 32 measurements up, and if you compare their last run of measurements with the measurements on the 14.5 oz, the 32s are the same. Just got my 17 oz in straight fit. The rear rise measures 15, but it fits lower than my G slims (which have a way lower rise) and different than my other Indigogene pants. My ass hangs out of these. Anyone ever have that happen? It makes no sense. That can happen if the thighs are smaller and/or the waist is larger. The fit and comfort of the top block ends up being a combination of factoring how the waist, rise(s), upper thigh, and fabric play with each other I think it is a combo of incredibly stiff fabric and small thighs.

Whats your price on the American antiques? They are perfect, which means 1 size too small after I soak.

I can't find any Oni blue fits in stock. BiG? That's a really big fit, I thought you were more of a slim fit person? I like a tapered leg and roomy top block. I have viking legs. If I went loomstate or unsanforized I'd want to start with a straight. Cold soak the top, hot soak the bottom. The problem with most slim fits is the low rise and thigh. I hate G's slim. The problem with straights is that cuff. Buying loomies or unsanf blue fit allows me to achieve something in the middle like Left Fields Charles Atlas, or N&F easy guy.

Unsanforized is cool, but do they have all the character of the loomstates? I'll do a little research when I get home. I'm beating a dead horse here but a pair of unsanforized Oni's will absolutely have the character of Gustin Loomstates, actually more character IMO. I can't find any Oni blue fits in stock.

What do you guys think? Keep a shirt eith badly sewn buttins and bad stitching for basically $45?

Looking at this shirt closer it has loose threads all over it. The pen slot stitching is loosr and there is a small hole there. One button hole isn't stitched properly. Going back.

Not sure what to do with this shirt. I like the weight and fabric, but these are all seconds quality. I'd pay $50 tops for this.
