I hope not! I really wish the new rugged shirts had gussets instead of those fabric square things. I like the collar & double pockets though. Haven’t been around here for about 12 months, or seen anything worth buying from Gustin since then. Actually I tell a lie; I ordered the #363 Cone KhakiXBlack jeans which I’m still waiting for. I kind of like the gussets but they were too small. So now that they finally changed the shirt fit after many complaints, I wonder if there's a possibility for them to offer zips on chinos? Maybe they'll offer a 4th Jean fit. I'd love an athletic or regular taper style. Levi's 541 cut is rad.

I'll go back and see what I have (I gained some weight and am no longer a 34). Raws of course, but ones that have been washed? Unwashed? Either? Doesn't matter to me.

Dehen has their factory sale tomorrow for anyone local to PDX hopsbreathThanks for the reminder! I'm thinking some heavy wool sweaters would make nice Christmas presents. Apparently I've become my grandmother. Just went over there. Lots of larges left. Some xls. $100 for shawl sweaters, $200 for field coats, tees basically normal price. Had some cool stuff. They said it started at 9 and I got there at 845. There were like 25 people in the checkout line, tons of people who had already left, etc. I would have liked to have seen what it was like before it got picked over. Oh well.

Are the regular tapers tight in the low hip? How do they compare to g slim there?

The new fit is enough to make me interested again assuming it fits. I always liked their fabrics but the shirts somehow managed to feel too small and too large at the same time. Hopefully they'll have some interesting cold weather fabrics because there are already plenty of flannels out there. I'm guessing the rugged shirt is replacing the old workshirt style, I wonder if they'll bring westerns back in some way. This. I always found them to be too tight in the chest, too blousey everywhere else. I'm not sure the changes will fix this though.

Tie with a button down collar isn't a great look.

Looking at the fit guide this seems like a step backwards.
18.5 for a slim medium is big in the shoulders imo. 42.5 is too small in the chest. 30.5 is too long for untucked.
Honestly for a medium 43" chest, 18" shoulder, 29.5 cb length, 34" sleeve length.

Regarding Gustin t-shirts they should just keep some in stock. It's not like they don't have the cash. Stock your basics (white black grey) and do limited runs of other stuff.

When it was MikeG, he responded fairly quickly (maybe twice a week unless PM'd). Steve seems to be less involved and is more once every 2-4 weeks, but with a whole slew of responses. The MiC stuff...we complained on there a lot, but their response was "MiUSA deals with sweatshops too!" "Trust us, we think these guys are better".... And that's why I won't be buying from those dillholes again. How is shipping material to China, using dodgy labor and shipping finished goods back to the US really better for anyone? That's just it, unless they're milling he fabric in China, there is no reduction to carbon footprint. And even then, you still have to ship it over here. Plus, like I mentioned on their Facebook, Chinese factories often outsource some production and have a main factory that looks clean and sparkly and can pass all that certifications. That main factory gets the finished goods and exports them, but assembly is done elsewhere in a factory that isn't up to par. There is no telling if that's the case here. That said, I might buy the glacier in hickory indigo stripe as it may be their last MiUSA offering. I don't get it. When I attended their dinner with Union Wine Co Mike told me they weren't a clothing company, they were a brand. Their brand was built on American made, and focused on small artisanal producers etc. Such a sudden shift makes no sense.

Just returned from 3 weeks in Spain and Dublin. Missed the Barcelona terrorist attacks by two days. Felt so fortunate. Caught norovirus the day before we left Dublin for home. Been deathly sick for 4 days, but besides that it was an incredible trip

Your link's toast. But it's stupid down here, our governor's are a special kind of stupid and our weather largely sucks. Would love to get the kid closer to either mountains or the ocean. The easy answer for brewing and kids is to go full mash, just up your game to seven gallons, giving half your garage over to the whole thing and still having a good chance of ending up with bad beer! So fun! And you're right, even though full mash is slightly cheaper than buying extract, it's no cheaper than just buying beer at the store. I think I stopped brewing at just the right time, as the next logical step would have meant full mash, which, as you said, brings with it a ton of crap that ain't cheap. Fortunately, once I stopped brewing, all I was left with was a few funnels, tubing, a stockpot and and a 5 gallon glass fermenter, most of which I could easily repurpose. Even when you give a bunch away, you're still stuck with a couple gallons of the same beer, and frankly I got tired of it. I don't even like to commit to a six pack anymore. 5 gallon batch of pale ale, lager etc is only $40 all told. That's approximately 54 beers. Less than a dollar a beer...where are you getting 6 packs of craft beer for $5.99?

They seemed to have made their sizing a tad more generous. Medium is a 43.5" chest. I feel like it was 42 before.

Just got a Eudae tee from these guys and it is very nice. Soft and good fitting. Color was off from the website photos, but I still like it. Worth the dough ? Their price point is high, especially considering it is mostly poly. They're $10 more than my other most expensive shirt (heavy pocket tees) made by Dehen in Portland. That said it is a great tech fabric, MIUSA, and fits nice.

Proper Cloth sent me remakes of my incorrectly cut shirts. These ones are worse. 21.75" chest came in at 21" pre wash with a fabric that shrunk a half inch last time. Sucks that they blew the replacements. I have an order in with Ratio currently, and decided to try them over PC for a couple reasons. One being that I went with a plaid linen that PC didn't offer a comparable to, and would rather not go the import rout, especially with PC having higher price points. It was a tough choice for me. I definitely should've gone Ratio. PC customer service has been good though. They told me to wear the shirt on my trip if I want and they'll remake it when I get back. Definitely going Ratio next time.
